Please click the date of your stay on the “Vacant Room Calendar” and fill in the required items.
The reservation will be completed after you receive a “confirmation mail of reservation” sent by prinz.
If you have set the domain of your PC for anti-spam email, please try to set it up to be able to receive an e-mail from "".
There are staffs who are able to communicate properly in Korean and English.

1. Reservation at the "Vacant Room Calendar"
If you would like to stay more than one night, please check that the room for all the nights you stay are available.
2. Pre-confirmation of reservation details sent automatically as a returned mail
3. Final confirmation of reservation from prinz (by either an e-mail or call)

Reservation on the previous day
As a rule, reservation on the previous day of the stay has to be made on the phone (at 075-712-3900 from 15:00 to 22:00.)

Please be aware that it is closed from 23:00 to 11:30 on the next day.

If you stay over the checking out time, you have to pay an excess charge.
M room: JPY 2,700/h
L room: JPY 3,240/h
Cancellation charge
10 days before: 50%
On the previous day: 80%
On the day: 100%
Discount for continuous stay
If you stay on the continuous days, there is a discount from the total payment.
Over 3 nights in the same room: 5% off
Over 7 nights in the same room: 10% off

The following credit cards are available to make a payment:
Master Card, VISA, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club International
To keep luggage
We can keep your luggage from 11:00 to 22:00. At the front desk, please inform your name and the number of luggage.
Before 11:00, it is not available. Also, do not include any food.
Please understand that we do not take any responsibility if it is lost or stolen.
Please make a payment for your stay when you check out.
(Excess charge and other additional charge need to be payed when you check out as well.)
To change towels
For continuous stay, we enter rooms to change towels.
If it is not necessary to change, please let us know when checking in.
Cleaning for continuous stay
Our accommodation charge does not include a service of cleaning room and changing linen.
If you would like us to do, it cost additional charge.
If needed, please let us know when you check in.
Cleaning and bed making (changing linen): JPY 1,080
We do not provide a breakfast service since it is a rental room by prinz called "apartel (apartment hotel)."
Room service
Guests can order foods to the cafe restaurant and eat them in the room.
Room service order is available till 21:00.
Room service charge: 10% of menu price.
Every Thursday, there is no room service.
Prinz Rental Cycle (bicycles)
Bicycles are available for customers who are staying at Prinz Hotel.
The rental cost is 1day/ 1 bike ¥500
Please ask staffs for more information.
If you expect visitors, please let us know when you check in.
If you need a parking space for them, please use any coin parking nearby.
Any visitor after 22:00 will be counted as a guest so that it will be charged.
Other uses
If you would like to use the room for any event or sales activity other than staying over a night or using for a party, a preliminary request needs to be made.
Please understand it might not be allowed to do depending on the circumstances.
Without any approval, we will request you to leave the room.
If you need a parking space, please let us know when you make a reservation.
Then, we will reserve one for you on the day you stay.
Only one parking space is available for the guest who stays in one room.
To stay with pets
It is not available for a guest to bring a pet with him/her.
Both M room and L room are non-smoking.
Since we are facing to the residential area, please kindly be quiet after 22:00.
Also, please understand that if you happen to blemish, break, or lose some equipment, we might charge you extra fee in order to cover it.
Any explosive, prohibited item, hazardous material, dangerous chemical and illegal item are prohibited bringing in. If we find one, we will report it to the police right away.
Even if any belonging of a guest is lost or destroyed, unless there is our intentional misconduct, we do not take any responsibility.
If a guest either intentionally or unintentionally gives us any damage, we can file a claim for the damage.
When we cannot provide service after we send you a “final confirmation of reservation”, we will look for the similar accommodation with your approval. But, if we cannot find any available room even with our efforts, we will cancel the reservation.
Then, if there is any trouble because of that, we will pay compensation fee as a compensation for damage. But, if we do not owe anything, we will not make any payment.
